As an example, I love the look and sound of an Audi R8, just will never own one while I love the car, there are a few reasons why I will never buy one.

Just like BR. Love the airline, love the people, but hate a few things (i.e. temperature) which means I'll never be intensely loyal to that airline (with a few other reasons as well such as their mileage program amongst others).
