On this plane there is a changing table in the F lav, but not in the back. I only know this because my business colleague took his young son on a trip and found what you did. He didn't think of asking if there was a changing table in the F lav (who would?) and it led to, uh, an unfortunate situation where he had to change him asap.

He only found out after the fact. The FA felt bad for what happened, but then told him he should have gone to the F lav.

Why there is a changing table in the F lav and not the Y lav, I do not know.
