Ok, let's accept that families with small children have to travel. No one likes to be next to a screaming baby or badly behaved child, but for many families air travel is unavoidable, and most like me try to do our best to make things easy for both our kids and fellow travelers.

I have two children 1 and 4 and travel with them mostly internationally on Delta so this is my first time running into this problem, but I recently flew MCI-ATL on a MD-90 that had no changing tables in the lavs. None. What are parents supposed to do?

The crew was extremely apologetic but also mentioned that some 757s don't have changing tables either. Really Delta? Planes with wifi but no changing tables?
