I picked up at LAS just after 8PM on May 27th.
PS had an Audi A4, and something else that I can't recall now...might have been an Infiniti.
ES had an Impala LT, a Challenger, a Camry, and a Fusion SE on the left. The right side had a few SUV's...a Traverse, and I think a Pathfinder and a Journey. I should have posted days ago, haha, my memory is really foggy now.
I didn't pay too much attention to the EA, but I think I saw a Malibu. The lot was fairly empty in general, pretty slim pickings.
The Branch Manager (his name is Chad, if you ever see him) was the one who originally greeted us. We were already walking towards the ES, so he asked if I was Emerald Exec, I said yes, and he smiled and nodded as if to say "Aight, so you know the drill" and pointed me towards ES.
My wife wanted a convertible, so I went back over to the Branch Manager and asked politely, saying my wife was asking.
He said he was fully booked on the convertibles, but said I could have anything from the Alamo Luxury section, which was nice of him. We had a bit of luggage, so I was getting ready to take the Traverse, or check out the trunks on the Camry and Impala.
The Luxury section at Alamo had a 300C, a Lincoln MKX, and two Infiniti QX60's. My wife didn't like the QX60's, and there was a guy already about to take the 300, so we took the MKX.
To put it simply, its a Ford Edge with a Lincoln badge on it, but I've had the Edge before and was happy with it. I was hoping to get the new 2015 Edge though, lol. The MKX was alright...there was no Nav, but it did have A/C seats, which in the Vegas climate, was AWESOME.
When we returned the car, we had to wait around for several minutes before any agents came over to greet us. I noticed a minivan on the other side of the return area, with someone inside. At first I thought it was a customer returning the vehicle, but it was two lot attendants who were sitting back and listening to rap music. I noticed them after they turned the music way up, and I started to walk over. Suddenly, one of them hopped out and came over to greet me, acting as if I had just pulled up.
Wasn't too happy about that experience.
