What does the US Airways web site show for the P class booking? That should be First and would get you 210 TPs. The business class booking will get you 140.

Regarding the TP calculator, it doesn't work well for US airways flights as it doesn't recognise the fact that US does have business class albeit only for transatlantic flights.
