My guesstimate is that DL will deploy the E90s into SLC or SEA. The 717s will be used for the bigger hubs like DTW and ATL.
Overall I say good riddance to the E90. While is was a great ride in Y it also had the smallest seat in J. Big annoyance factors were the need for a spare set of wings in case the originals malfunctioned and the small bag hold caught my family arriving in YYC without all checked luggage on 2 occasions. Small annoyance factors were the slow cruise speed, which made YYC-YYZ 10-15 minutes longer than on Airbus and smaller capacity meant more mainline flights went out fully booked (where as the Airbus usually had 5-10 empty middle seats in Y.
