If it's a booking wholly with US flight numbers then it won't appear in MMB or the BA application. In any event the PNR would be different.

In terms of TPs / AVIOS, what's the itinerary? If it includes travel in First then it would be 60 TPs for sectors of less than 2000 miles, and 210 for those above.
