OK, I'll clarify.

Which airline(s) give free upgrades from the coach cabin to Business or First Class International TPAC/TATL when there are available seats in all cabins AND do not charge in any way for the upgrade (miles or currency). i.e. A complimentary upgrade similar to DL's Complimentary Medallion Upgrade.
