It's not your typical Y legroom, KL gives extra legroom for EU J and Y-comfort, it's not much (34 inches) but it's way better then LH/LX/AB and the rest of the carriers. I'm a tall guy and the extra 2-3 inches makes a world of difference for me. the first few rows have extra legroom (for the 737 serving TLV it's the first 10 rows but I'm sure it's the same on the 737-700).
