When you arrive at baggage claim, turn around and head back to where you came in from to find the domestic transfer desk. Customs and security are much faster here than heading out into the main terminal. After customs there is a transfer desk where you drop off your luggage and then head up one level to domestic departures.
We actually followed the crowd, passed through custom, get the checked luggage then checked back in through domestic transfer. Then we passed through the security and went into Terminal 3D zone. Terminal 3D zone needs to be reached by the transfer train, while Terminal 3C does not. We got confused when we saw the business lounge for T3C before we boarded the train. Out domestic tickets probably won't allow us to get into the T3C zone.
We decided to go ahead to take the train, and we did find another lounge in the T3D zone (after the train). Since it was a Saturday, we were almost the only group in there when we entered. Later added a few. We had such a relaxing couple of hours there -- with hot beef noodle, shower and massage chair!
