You shouldn't have any problem coming in, but I would make sure that your connection is at least and hour and a half minimum. What could hold you up at passport control coming into Canada is the nature of your work--i.e. are you coming for meetings or are you actually "working" (this can cause issues).

Going back I would allow 2 hours to be safe--especially on a Friday.
