I think I'm about to have a similar situation as yours. I booked on the evening BOS-HOU in September but I noticed a few days ago that the schedules now list this flight at 1x per day (in the morning) now. I haven't been contacted yet but I guess I'll have to get a connecting flight, not a big deal in my case fortunately.
