My agent has all this info on file.. I'm not sure how invoicing bookings comes into play but I do know that they use this info to guarantee/for deposits for my bookings. I'm okay with this as it just makes life easier... now if they asked for SSN, answers to security questions etc I would balk....

Same here. I would be uncomfortable with SSN, bank numbers and Verified by Visa passwords, etc.
They don't ask anything out of the ordinary than if you were going to buy something from say, Bloomingdales. The CVV code, expiry date, card number and billing address. It also helps that I trust my Virtuoso agent and his agency is very reputable.
