I also have no solution to offer, other than to agree with NWIflyer that 30 days is indeed not very long. I have two retro-claims outstanding, both for single flights on PNRs where the connecting flights (same airlines) posted fine. Beyond trying not to forget them, so that I do chase them at some point, I'm just letting A3 (and ET and SA) get on with it...
