Overheard (I am sure everyone could hear) at the PBI Sky Priority lane.
Man on the phone with what I would assume is the Diamond line:
"I am a Diamond member and million miler. I don't care what you need to do to fix it, just fix it".
Maybe not verbatim but close to it.
As him and his family were leaving he went on (maybe to another agent as a couple minutes had passes):
"I am a Dimaond member and million miler. After my 15 years of business you better fix this. Part of my family riding in common class is unacceptable since Delta screwed up".
I kid you not he said common class. Made me laugh.
