EY damaged my Titan Xenon suitcase on my last flight. They really treated it badly, 1 wheel was knocked off, big crack in the side. I was offered USD 150 in compensation, Was told this is the maximum EY compensates. It is around half what i paid for it new.

According to Airpassenger rights the maximum compensation for lost/damaged luggage is EUR 1220

They did not pay me yet anyway, and 3 weeks ago i complained again but still no reply to that.
