1. You cannot count on AC holding the aircraft or holding your reservation past T-20. Bear in mind that AC overbooks because it counts on misconnects. Thus, there may be no reason to hold an aircraft as the seat may already have been filled at T-19.

2. Short connections (low MCT's) favor consumer choice as many people want the short connection and understand the risk. But, like all consumer choices, an informed consumer is a better consumer.

3. You can take all the selfies you want, but it's the computer time which will prevail. I've found out that I can actually change the time on my watch !
