True, but still, this is the third year in a row AC has reduced these levels at the last minute. The least they can do for us SEs who earned it the hard way is to make some of those December SWUs the new "any fare" variety.

This is confusing because according to posts elsewhere, it goes back up to the usual old levels next year for qualfication for 2005. Or does it?
