After I booked, I realized that I had selected the wrong week (ticket was supposed to be for next week) and went to go cancel for a voucher. When I went to go cancel, I saw that canceling for a full refund with no fee was an option so I took it (made it easier for accounting purposes on the company credit card).
If that ever happens again, don't cancel; just choose modify the reservation. Then follow the on screen directions to select the correct train. The system will apply the fare to the new selection and charge accordingly if needed.
No need to go to voucher or even a refund/recharge.
