No offer on my Arrival Plus, spent about $27K over past year. I called once before hitting statement, and twice after. Will probably call again soon to cancel the card after cashing out. I believe it's 60 days after it hits until it's non-refundable.

Just not worth paying $89 when there's the Citi Double Cash.

Discover is also running a promo for anyone (new & existing) with the IT card...DOUBLE all cashback, including through their portal, category bonuses, etc. Quarterly 5% bonuses are capped at $1500 spend, but still...5 x 2 = 10%! Google it for info. Much easier card to get than Citi Double Cash.
