I wasn't asking if it was right or wrong.

My question, which no one has addressed, was quite specific:

"Anyone ever have their card cancelled or a credit review initiated because of (claimed over-) use of these services?"

Rather than answering the question, someone instead chose to accuse me of fraud. So I asked that person on what he based the accusation, and, as it turns out, despite 4 postings on the subject, he has not been able to show how what i described is fraudulent.
