I was never under the impression that Ibis Budget participated in the Le Club Accor program. Since their website clearly states so. But just from doing hotel searches, the Ibis Budget hotels that are listed often price out at around 15 USD per night in some cases. What the hell are people expecting off of a rate like that? Lounge access?
