Well that "game changer"

aspect of the plane is just swamped by all of the petty cheapness on today's United. From the second rate (and too short) J seat without direct isle access, to the third rate horrible operational performance of the UA 787 fleet, to the fourth rate wine and food, to the fifth rate hard ETOH, to the so bad its an 8th Amendment violation coffee.

No expresso, basically nothing nice or that stands out in the walmart level experience that United provides.
