As DL requires OP to be at the gate no later than T-30 for international, a 37-minute connection at SLC is within MCT, but outside Sensible Connect Time (SCT). If the flight is oversold, someone else wants OP's specific seat assignment or whatever, OP may be SOL. He is then stuck at SLC.

DL will look first to DL, then ST and then OA for reroute, so OP should have options in hand for each.
