You won't be able to do this online with an existing booking AFAIK. You can either 1. Wait until online check in, 2. Wait until airport check in, 3. Call TK and they'll do it for you or 4. Call your TA and ask them to put it in the booking. I favour the first but your TA should be able to do it without a problem.
