Stayed here few weeks ago on points. Received upgrade to Park Suite on 1st floor directly above BV I believe. Decent view and gorgeous room and I do agree with housekeeping issues too. There were few instances that I had to call to request missing toiletries or replace the lights that were not working. Breakfast had decent selections but the eggs were not that good and it seems like they did not have enough servers in the house.

Lastly, where can we buy those shampoos? I prefer this scent over the one they give out at PH Paris Vendome
