If you travel that often with your 27" iMac, I suggest you buy a professional grade case designed for shipping iMac. The problems with 27" iMac on CX flights still apply to JL one. You won't be able to bring it onboard if it couldn't pass through the x-ray machine. Let alone it probably weighs more than 10kg given the latest 27" iMac weighs 9.54kg alone.
