Hello...

For some time now, my Dad and I have been planning a trip to Germany. We are scheduled to leave tomorrow, June 8, 2015. We were trying to check in on the flight tonight but ran into a snag. My passport name has the name Sean R------ Kyle Lockhart (the dashes represent the letters of my name. The passport actually has my first middle name), but my name on all Delta tickets and online is Srkyle Lockhart. I am a dependent minor under my dad, and since my full name would not fit into the name field he shortened it to my first two initials and then my last middle name: Srkyle. Can I still get into Germany with this discrepancy, or will I be denied boarding in Detroit? Also, will this affect my ability to get back to the States if the ticket agent in Germany doesn't look past the error (provided I get there in the first place)?
