C-W-S is spot on. The officer said more e-gates are on the way, the number 14 comes to mind - which could also have been how many times the drunk lads at the rear of the queue called their mate at the front a name that rhymes with banker.
Anyway more e-gates will be an improvement, I think then two staff to run them will be a more effective utilisation of people.
