As far as I know it still earns miles. Unfortunately the fare is additionally restricted to

LX FLIGHT 1058
LX FLIGHT 1066
LX FLIGHT 1067
LX FLIGHT 1061

and I can't get availibility at all except for one trip ... *mad*

But in general, yes, very good news. Still twice as much as Air Berlin, though.
