No gifts since my Plat in 2009, when I got a welcoming gift. At that time Rimowa was one of the options, among some other quite nice alternatives. At that time I felt being appreciated by AY, but not so sure about it anymore.

Actually I totally agree with AY0005 and have been very disappointed in the way they observe and treat their Plats, as to my understanding we are their best customers and it should show somehow. But this far it has been very minimal and seems to get worse year by year. Are we so easy game for them?
