Same. I didn't even have to explicitly say i wanted to cancel my card.
I asked if there had been anything to replace the lounge club benefit. He said no. I said that that benefit offset the annual fee to me and now since its gone it doesnt feel worth it. He asked if i wanted a credit for the fee. i said yes. The whole call was ~3 minutes.
