Regarding the housekeeping: once i asked earlier in the evening they delivered a lot of bottles of water & tissues within 5 - 10 minutes. ^

One more issue, we were at the opera this evening and were back at the hotel by 9:45pm-9:50pm. We wanted to grab a bite to eat at pearl outside since the weather is extremely warm this weekend, unfortunately we were turned down saying they stop serving food at 10pm outside. We could go inside to eat diner at the same restaurant Pearl though.... (with the exact same menu) I looked at my phone when we left it was 9:51 pm... now back at the hotel at 11pm after eating somewhere else in the street there are still people outside enjoying drinks although they are starting to close and clean up...

is this normal and am i wrong to be a little annoyed at this? but it is feeling to me that luxury is not entirely personal at PH Vienna.

when i am back in vienna i will still probably go to the PH as I consider it a great property. It does not need much to be truly outstanding, just hoping the staff will get their act together.
