Thinking of a mileage run?

I have 26K+/- Q miles. I'm thinking of doing a mileage run by year-end. i.e. YYZ/SFO using websaver (to the extent it is available). Do you get full Q miles for websaver? If not, any other suggestions would be appreciated.
