1. After adding the Forward card to Apple Pay, I was asked to confirm it via text message code and did so. Received a confirmation message within Passbook that the card was added and ready to use. A few hours later, tried to use my physical card at a restaurant. Declined. Next day, called up Citi to find out why and was told a fraud block was placed because I enrolled in Apple Pay. I later added the Premier card and validated it via text. A few hours later, call from Citi Fraud dept and was told card had been blocked due to Apple Pay enrollment. Is this seriously what Citi does for every card?

2. Unlike every other card I have added to Apple Pay from other banks, both Citi cards display a generic silver "Citi" card design, instead of something resembling my physical card. Both Citi cards therefore display the same in Passbook, making them indistinguishable except for last 4 digits of card number. Does anyone get the proper card images in Passbook from Citi?
2. The same with Bank of America. My Citi Forward has the generic Apple Pay design while the Citi Premier has the correct grey design.

I actually like Amex's approach to Apple Pay best. Apple Pay notifies me (instantly) every single charge made on my enrolled Amex cards, no matter it is online, in person or Apple Pay. ^^
