EAAgle (I guess now Envoy) FA's are some of the best in terms of this. I get that kind of comment all the time, they often come to me first, before pushing the cart down the aisle to ask what I want and then get it for me. This particularly happens on one-class planes.
I attribute this to the fact that these FA's are relatively new to the job and are not yet jaded and also that they might see the RJ job as a stepping stone to mainline and feel that good performance increases their chance at that.
Upthread, someone pointed out UA's prioritization of GS/1K... They're still doing that? Leave it to SMI/J to screw up a lot of things but leave alone something that was always screwed up. In the 90's when I flew paid F on UA (both with and without PassPlus), it would really tick me off that the flight attendants were bouncing around the cabin taking meal orders on priority. Frankly, I'm of the school that it shouldn't matter how you get into F - once you're there you an F pax plain and simple with the only exception being non-rev.
