Considering that their member base has to skew heavily towards a well traveled crowd, that was a very depressing answer.
A couple of us here tried earlier to ask why USAA changed the CVM list from the old cards, and the only answer was "business decision," which is no answer at all.
The CVM order change by USAA, plus a frustrating experience dealing with AFCU's antiquated processes and Chase's waffling on when they will implement PIN preference, have convinced me not to run after any more promised Chip+PIN cards until things settle down a bit - at least until a few months after the October "event"
