Returning merchandise for refund on a different card
Costco once refunded me in cash for something I bought at Costco.com on a Visa. Apparently they can only refund to Amex in store and I never got the chance to offer an amex card. I think it was about $100. I'm guessing abuse would be spotted pretty quickly.
