Slightly angled lie-flat (the angled but flat is typically referred to as flat or lie-flat, just sometimes the angled part is left out).
That is the one downside, yes, as while there is a ton of leg room, the food is amazing (choice and quality), the seats are still slightly angled on VN.
But, for some ~5 hour mid-haul flights, it's one of the best options (esp. if on A330 vs A320, which is same service but just a generous recliner with a ton of leg room), where sleep quality, due to short time, is not a prime concern, and rather in the in-flight experience is.
