I have searched high and low to see if there's any solution to this. I still have half a year to figure this out and any help is appreciated.

The end of the year I should be reasonably close to gold when it comes to MQM's, a result of my Amex and a round trip from the West Coast to Dubai via Amsterdam. However, I doubt if I will even make the $3000 MQD requirement for silver. It's still a little bit up in the air but the way it looks right now is that I will be in the neighborhood of 40,000-45,000 MQM's and about $2200-2500 in MQD. Spending on my Amex isn't even close to $25K.

What are my options? From reading several threads I don't think there's any other waiver, unless I'm missing something. Do any of those MQM's rollover to next year even if I don't make silver based on MQD's?
