Strangely, the PH in Siem Reap had a KFC right outside from it too. We were so fed up with Asian food by that point that we actually went there for lunch. You have to risk your life to cross that road to get there, then risk your life when eating the food. I have no shame.
Did you do much when you were there? I thought the location was perfect, although unfortunately too close to shops, as we ended up in Chanel just around the corner! We ended up walking to the war museum, whereby I did appreciate the irony that I could pay in USD to get in. Probably took 3x longer to get there than it should have, as we had to learn how to cross the roads with the thousands of bikes everywhere.
