We stayed here in December on the last day of our holiday, after visiting Peninsula Manila, Amanpulo, Amanoi, Park Hyatt Siem Reap, Song Saa and Amansara. I actually thought it had the best food out of all of them, by a long way. I can still actually remember how good the desserts were, as we were eating them when the car (same Mercedes as you had, which were fantastic) arrived to take us to the airport, so as my partner was taking too long to eat hers, I had to join in and eat hers too. Twas hard, but I put the effort in where required.
