OK, fair point. But there are more useful destinations than ANE and UIP, which are the type of middle-of-nowhere places that FR serves. At least places like BCN, PRG and TXL are useful both to business and leisure travellers.
I live under the approach to/from LCY, so I hear every aircraft. However, I would prefer to put up with more noise in exchange for more useful destinations.
Let me apologise for disturbing your lie-in tomorrow morning on my return from the middle-of-nowhere - regrettably it's Saab according to MMB. However I can assure you that Ryanair, Flybe, EasyJet and Jet2 do not serve either location.
