I have a couple of vouchers I am trying to utilize before they expire in 2 weeks.

In booking a domestic r/t on AA.com, I see there is Choice Plus fare $549 vs. Choice Fully Refundable $991.

Other than having the tix, if cancelled, refunded back to original form of payment (Choice Fully Refundable) which in this case is the voucher anyway, is there any other difference between the two fare types in terms of usability? In other words, both can be changed to different dates and destinations for no fee, correct?
