Booking names - not sure if an issue
Hi there,
We have CX flights from London to Sydney coming up in October (Booked a couple of months ago through an online TA which I wish to goodness we hadn't done but the prices looked good...)
I'm a little concerned about the consistency of names/surnames/salutations in various places I can see mine and my partner's names against our booking.
For example:
- In CX Website 'Manage Booking', our names show up as SURNAME NAME
- On the e-Ticket, my name comes up as NAME. SURNAME and my partner's name comes up as NAME.MS SURNAME
- Now that I've added our flights to the MyFlights App, our names come up on there as "Namemr Surname" and "Namems Surname"
I expect I should ring Cathay and check this isn't an issue but has anyone got experience of these types of inconsistencies and any thoughts on whether I am heading for a whole world of pain here?
