Have you looked into using a car service from Philly to JFK?

Another idea might be to get yourself ot EWR. IIRC there's a bus from there to JFK.

Or go the day before and spend the night either in NYC or at an airport hotel.

Depending on how long you'll be gone, it might make sense to drive your own car to JFK and take one of the airport hotel parking packages. You could stay there overnight either before or after the trip to Singapore.
