If I expected to arrive around 10:00pm, but my flight is delayed 5 hours and I show up at 3:00am would I be marked "no-show"?
You are still showing up and using the room that night aren't you? If you are then you aren't a no show.
Whether or not they still have a room for you if you show up that late and haven't let the hotel know is another matter.
