It will generally depend on the aircraft configuration, in addition to the airline.

In addition to those previously mentioned, Icelandair (FI) has it. So do Delta. Norwegian's 737s are nearly universally equipped, too.

Of the 3 major US carriers UA is slightly more likely to offer it than DL for intercontinental flights. AA trails both significantly.
