I highly recommend Adak Island. At times, especially during the winter months, the weather can be quite iffy but the beaches are gorgeous and chances are you'd have it all to yourself. It also gives you an excellent redemption value since its only 25,000 Skymiles r/t and flights often run over $1,000. With less than 2000 residents its never crowded anywhere you go.
