6 - After reviewing your file, I don't see that you were one of the TD customers who were targeted for this special offer. (
There is no mention anywhere of it being targeted.)
7 - I have forwarded your email to TD Credit Cards Customer Care for further review and response. (
Uh hmm.... we'll see about that.)
Has anyone been successful in actually getting this promotion applied?
Yes but it wasn't easy, i wasn't targeted and they ended up doing it as a "one time gesture" after i threatened to cancel the card. The CSR and their supervisors have been told that no targeted note on account = no $100 so it's a really big uphill battle.
