6 - After reviewing your file, I don't see that you were one of the TD customers who were targeted for this special offer. (There is no mention anywhere of it being targeted.)
7 - I have forwarded your email to TD Credit Cards Customer Care for further review and response. (Uh hmm.... we'll see about that.)

Has anyone been successful in actually getting this promotion applied?
Yes but it wasn't easy, i wasn't targeted and they ended up doing it as a "one time gesture" after i threatened to cancel the card. The CSR and their supervisors have been told that no targeted note on account = no $100 so it's a really big uphill battle.
